When you delete a files or folders in the folders or files on your Google Drive, it is placed in your trash directory. The deleted file is kept in the trash for 30 days, and after that it will be permanently deleted. You can right-click on the deleted file inside the trash bin and choose Restore to restore the file.
Restore Permanently Deleted Files
If you don't restore deleted files within the timeframe of 30 days or even if you've cleaned the trash manually and the file is not cleaned out, it are permanently deleted from Google Drive.

2. Provide your first name and your last name and click the box that allows you to confirm that you're trying to retrieve deleted files on Google Drive.

After the restoration process has been completed, Google Support will send you an additional email informing you that the files were restored. Now, you can access the folders and files in your Google Drive and the permanently deleted folders and files will be displayed at their original locations.
These steps can only be used for individuals with Google accounts. If you're using an existing Google Workspace account, you will need to contact the administrator of your domain in order to retrieve the files. In addition, the restoration process will allow you to restore deleted files. It's now possible to restore individual folders or files.
